Before accepting any cleaning job, I will arrange to visit the property or request clear photos to ensure I can deliver a high-quality service within the expected timeframe.
Payments
Payment is kindly required by the end of the day the cleaning service is completed. You’re welcome to pay via online payment, cash, bank transfer, or card—whichever is most convenient for you.
If you have any concerns about the service provided, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me by the end of the day. I’m always happy to work with you to make things right.

Cancellations
